Policy as of March 23, 2020
- Our doors will remain closed to walk-in customer traffic. Customers who must drop off paperwork or payments can do so, by placing the payment or paperwork through our mail slot.
- Customers who must come into the office may enter by appointment only. Appointments shall be used to make sure there are not multiple customers in the office at any given time.
- Customers are encouraged to remit payments directly to the insurance company or call us to make a payment from a checking account or bank card by phone.
- We shall endeavor to maintain six feet of space between ourselves and customers.
- Our operating hours will become segregated. 8:30am to 10:00am will be reserved for customers aged 65 and over, or those individuals considered medically vulnerable. All others will be encouraged to come between the hours of 10:30am and 5:00 pm
