Matthew Ryser, initially joining us in 1987 as a diligent customer service representative and property inspector, quickly became an integral part of our family while advancing his education at the University of Akron. By 1989, after earning his degree, Matt stepped into a full-time agent role, climbing the ranks to manage this family-owned gem.

The narrative took a personal turn in 1993 when Matthew and Amy Ryser, united in marriage, embarked on a new chapter by purchasing and renaming the agency in 1994. Under Matt's stewardship, The Ryser Agency has not just grown in size but in spirit, steadfastly maintaining our foundational philosophy of hometown service.
